    My husband and I celebrated our 29th anniversary in Fort Davis mid-May 2019. We looked up restaurants on Yelp, hoping to find a hidden gem after a terrible experience the night before at a nearby Mexican restaurant. Lupita's not only got some great reviews on Yelp, but it was literally across the street from the tiny house we rented for our stay (on Main St.). We went with the suggestion of a breakfast burrito and were not disappointed! We were very pleasantly surprised that this unassuming Mom and Pop served up what seemed like made-to-order breakfast dishes with awesome sauce (ie the salsa verde with a kick). A small town with no McD's or Starbucks, this was a great place to get your morning cup of coffee and kick off a day of adventure! The two ladies working there were helpful, friendly, and amazing in the kitchen. Even our fellow diners were awesome, chatting with us from two separate tables. Such a positive experience we returned again the next morning for more of the same. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    If you like average food, slow service, unfriendly people, and an overpriced menu, go here!

    They don't even have breakfast tacos, but you can get a 5.75 "burrito" of the same size.

    Another reviewer said they were the best tacos they ever ate. Where are you from? Not Texas..

    Came for breakfast, will not return to try lunch or dinner.

    Homemade, delicious food: gorditas (light and flavorful), generous perfectly cooked breakfast burritos, layers of yumminess hamburgers! Owner is so very humble and kind. Love all it!! Cash only

    Excellent place for breakfast. Good scrambled eggs and toast. The salsa was actually quite spicy and delicious.

    Get their #3 for breakfast!

    One of the few places to eat breakfast at Fort Davis.

    Wow, super pricey breakfast for what you get.   Minimal Migas and wife had decent Mexicano eggs.  I took issue with my refried beans that had the consistency of watery Pate'.  Also, had to send my plate back to warm up.  It was returned shortly after meeting the micro-wave.
